- The problem faced by the client’s company: was the need for a rapid launch of a customized SaaS solution with a high level of process automation, scalability of business strategies, and franchising opportunities while maintaining transparency, responsiveness, and predictability based on historical data.

Client’s point of view on our cooperation. The Story:
We, as the DMA Premier Services Company, approached Aimtraction for a comprehensive solution that included both the technical aspect: developing a custom SaaS solution. However, there was one critical point: the launch should be within the first month of collaboration. Additionally, the non-technical side: process development, process automation, scaling business strategies, and the possibility of franchising were important. Essential requirements were transparency, clarity, the ability to react quickly, and predictability based on historical data (we were offered ML and AI solutions).
With their experience, it was quite easy to do. Since Aimtraction experts specialize in digitalization and automation, we initially agreed on a combined solution. Two Aimtraction employees set out to configure one of the already available CRMs in the market to cover 70% of the functionality, and the rest was planned to be developed and integrated using webhooks and other integration features to cover the full 100% functionality. This approach would validate the business model, and if successful, continue with a full custom development of the SaaS solution for DMA Premier Services, moving away from the chosen CRM.
A month after the start of the development, we had already implemented 75% of the planned functions using the Aimtraction-proposed and configured solution.
I’ll be frank, it was challenging for us to agree on such a mix due to data confidentiality, and we didn’t want to experience the so-called vendor lock, where migrating away from a third-party CRM after entering all the data would be very costly. Aimtraction proposed a solution here as well: our database remains entirely ours, and the information is duplicated in the CRM. Remember, the plan was and is that the decision to use an existing CRM in the market was temporary, not interrupting our main activity, achieving a quick start effect for a competitive advantage, including process automation, coordinated actions, rapid modeling based on the obtained data, and more.”
“From my side, I recommend allocating 15-20% of time to Aimtraction as experts. What I mean by this is that Aimtraction treats our project as if it were their own. This encompasses metrics like time to market, cut expenses (digitalization/automation), smart AI dashboards, and predictability. The team responsible for the dashboards created dashboards for us in the chosen CRM and also dedicated 15-20% of their time to connect the same data sources to their Smart AI Dashboards. They also gave us the option to choose whether we would pay for their work connecting and configuring data in their patented Smart AI Dashboards. As a result, we received customized dashboards in our selected CRM and highly user-friendly smart dashboards developed by Aimtraction. Honestly, comparing the convenience and efficiency of both is difficult. It’s like comparing descriptive text vs. visually intuitive representation where no text is even needed. Naturally, we chose their product and paid for the hours spent on integration (remember, I mentioned the 15-20% of Aimtraction experts’ time spent on devising and implementing the best solution for the given stage and budget).
In conclusion, what we as DMA Premier Services received:
The ability for rapid growth, ensured both technically: a tailor-made SaaS solution for us, and non-technically: we worked through all the business processes related to our operational activities and implemented them in the form of functional capabilities for rapid growth in the SaaS solution developed for us. We gained independence from the CRM we chose from the market and are fully moving towards transitioning from the CRM to our SaaS solution, with significant assistance from the Aimtraction experts. There is always room for improvement, but from our collaboration with Aimtraction, we realized that we need to start trusting the experts we chose sooner. I must note that Aimtraction possesses incredible patience and strong willpower. They initially catered to all our whims but gradually optimized our collaboration and took the initiative. In short, Aimtraction and their Smart AI Dashboards give a sense of control over the process, peace, and predictability. Looking back at the beginning of our collaboration, our goal was to find a vendor capable of realizing our vision, namely, achieving an almost immediate ROI. Everyone promises, but Aimtraction already has this solution; however, it took time for us to trust them from our side.
